Fort Collins, CO, October 14^th, 2009 – Funding Partners, a not-for-profit financial institution, has appointed two new members to the Board of Trustees.  The composition of the 15-member Board represents a mix of target population representatives, finance, real estate and professional services.

 

Funding Partners is pleased to introduce:

 

Gene Montoya, Executive Director for the Housing Authority of Colorado Springs. Mr. Montoya brings over 30 years experience in the affordable housing field, expertise in successful affordable housing program development and is nationally renowned for client services and innovation. 

 

Jeffrey Johnson, Attorney with Myatt Brandes & Gast PC.  Mr. Johnson brings a wealth of knowledge from his background in real estate law in the areas of development, finance and transactions.  With a growing interest in affordable housing and expertise in health and human services, Mr. Johnson provides Funding Partners with a fresh perspective on long-term sustainability.
