Fort Collins, CO, November 6^th, 2009 - Funding Partners’ staff members Joe Rowan, Executive Director and Connie Ealey, Residential Assistance Coordinator, presented at the 21^st Annual Housing NOW! conference, hosted by Housing Colorado in Breckenridge, Colorado.

 

Connie Ealey presented “What is Your Market Niche?” a market condition observations panel with the Denver and Grand Junction Housing Authorities and Economic & Planning Systems. Joe Rowan moderated “Bringing More CA$H to the Table,” a panel that identified overlooked financing tools. Panelists included Funding Partners Board Trustee Jo Davidson of Community Housing Development Association (FHLBank), Colorado Brownfields Foundation (EPA grants), and Holland & Hart (energy credits).
