U.S. Bank Grants $6,000 to Funding Partners

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (January 6, 2011) - Funding Partners, a non-profit Community
Development Financial Institution, is pleased to recognize U.S. Bank for its generous
support of affordable housing needs in Colorado.�

U.S. Bank, through the U.S. Bancorp Foundation, has awarded Funding Partners
$6,000 to help offset operating expenses attributed to Funding Partners� affordable
housing programs operated throughout the state. U.S. Bancorp is the parent company
of
U.S. Bank. The bank has been an integral part of Funding Partners� success, providing financial support through grants awarded to residential purchase assistance programs and equity investments providing capital to Funding Partners� Mammel Affordable Housing Loan Fund (MAHLF).

Funding Partners has developed frameworks and programs that address the low income
community�s housing needs and effective ways of fulfilling those needs across
the housing continuum. Funding Partners provides loan servicing for 24 organizations
statewide who offer down payment and closing cost assistance to local residents.
This allows many low to moderate income households and local workforce to afford
homeownership. Funding Partners� focus is to maintain, create and rehabilitate
affordable housing developments and continue to offer reliable housing options
for first-time, low income or workforce home buyers to ensure long term success.�
