- Employee Home Ownership Program (EHOP)
The Employee Home Ownership Program is made possible by a unique partnership between Funding Partners and employers. EHOP helps to facilitate the attraction and retention of a qualified workforce, employers will be offered the opportunity to extend employees down payment and closing cost assistance for home ownership. The House to Home Ownership Program (H2O) is a revolving loan fund that provides down payment and closing cost assistance to borrowers puchasing a property in the City of Boulder.Downloadable Loan Documents:

- ResourceSmart for Nonprofits - Energy Efficiency Improvement Program

- Modification Assistance Program
The Modification Assistance Program offers a maximum of $50,000 in assistance in the form of a loan to reduce the principal balance of a homeowner’s first mortgage, enabling a loan modification for those in eminent threat of foreclosure.
