Fort Collins, CO, September 23, 2010 - Funding Partners� Connie Ealey, Residential Assistance Coordinator, has been asked to present at the National Housing Conference & National Association of REALTORS�: �Bring Workers Home: 2010 Regional Forum on Workforce Housing�.

Bring Workers Home will be held in Honolulu, HI on October 12^th.� The convention will convene national experts to answer questions and share best practices for workforce housing programs and resources.� Panel discussions topics will include: How to create and sustain a workforce housing program in your community, understanding the importance of advancing workforce housing through local and regional partnerships, and exploration of workforce housing issues from the perspective of employers.� Attendees will include and HR professionals, REALTORS�, city planners, housing and community development leaders, local elected and appointed officials, state representatives, and others.

Ealey will present Funding Partners� Employee Home Ownership Program (EHOP)�; �describing the program�s implementation, structure, and functional issues associated with this model program developed by the organization.� Funding Partners� EHOP� program complements the National Housing Conference support for Employer Assisted Housing programs and the 2010 Regional Forum on Workforce Housing.�

According to Joe Rowan, Executive Director of the organization, �Funding Partners is very pleased to contribute to the larger national effort of stabilizing the housing market through programs driven by the private sector with support from public institutions.� Through Connie�s leadership, the Employee Home Ownership Program has become a very effective tool in addressing a primary barrier to workforce housing and the retention of highly skilled personnel for Colorado employers.�
